the work here keeps progressing, albeit slowly, but progressing. we went from having 4 investigators, down to one who is a missionary for another church and tries to convert us, and the other one we had always isnt able to meet with us. its funny when i left the mtc, i thought that the baptisms and the investigators were just going to fall on my front door, turns out that is not the case. we have to work hard for every single, measure of success we have, but when we do have a baptism, i think it will be so much better. in all reality though we can go out and proselyte on the street all day and a few people might talk to us and want to hear our message, but we really need the members. without them we will get nothing done here in andong. so really all of our attention now is focused on trying to re-light the fire of the members testimony, we are going to do the to the rescue thing that mark started in the 8th ward, and maybe that will help, but we wont be able to do it without the lord. we had interviews with the mission president on friday i think it was, they went well, and i told him how my goal for the end of my time in andong, is for the next missionaries to be able to take it and run with it and not have to do all this work to get things to happen because in all honesty it is extremely ineffective. President Barrow also said that andong his a history of being a very productive area, and i know it will be again. we just need to put in the work. anyways thats all that is really going on right now, i can feel the miracles working around us i just dont think that we are seeing them yet, but we are working on it. something i told everyone in our area meeting that we had a few weeks ago was how i am a miracle seeking missionary, thats why i came out here, i came here to see miracles, now my definition of miracles is still changing and being refined but i know they are all around us. i know that this gospel is true i love it and im so grateful for the opportunity that i have to share it
